Thousands of revelers in costumes, bathing suits and patriotic garb watched the parade of dancers, drummers and sky-high stilt walkers dance through the fairgrounds to a driving drumbeat. The 23rd Annual High Sierra Music Festival drew a crowd expected to total more than 10,000 people to Quincy for its July 4 - 7 extravaganza. See the regional section for story and more photos.
